After being sick most of the week, I should have j

After being sick most of the week, I should have just taken it easy... but couldn't during the Art Car IPA 5km! Even though neither of us were at our peak and just "tempoing" we still managed a sneaky 2nd AG for Mark and 3rd AG for me. Cool car number plates prize to go along with the after party beers, burritos and tunes! Now back to health and serious training 😀 #artcaripa5k

Weekend in San Antonio - boots, BBQ, beers at Pearl. Also the only UNESCO World heritage listed sites in Texas - the Alamo and historic mission churches (some run touring along the mission trail).

Lovely run along Riverwalk from The Pearl to Downtown, San Antonio. Lots of art, narrow tree lined trails and ducks in the northern section. Colourful bars and restaurants (and not too many tourists if you go early enough) in Downtown.
